Welcome
to The Rippers "listening booth" on the world wide web! Nothing
quite captures the spirit of our "live" performances (thank God!),
but we've recorded a couple of numbers from our live sets to give you a feel
for what we sound like. They're offered in both MP3 format ("big"
3 to 4 meg files, so they'll take "quite" a bit of time to load
on a 56k modem,) and smaller WAV files (500-ish k, a pretty quick download).
Need an MP3 player? Go here
and get yourself one for free.
- Worried
Life Blues...MP3 version or WAV

Robben Ford. The Professor's handling the vocal here...

and Mike on vocals.
- Blues

- She
Caught the Katy... MP3 version or

by Taj Mahal and Yank Rachel, this tune features the Professor on harmonica
and vocal.
- Done
Somebody Wrong...

- Hey,

MP3 version or WAV

- Nobody
Knows You When You're Down and Out... MP3

sings it like Mike!
Well,
that's all we'll inflict on you for now. We'll be posting some acoustic
music and some originals (Be afraid... be *very* afraid...!) in the not
too distant future, so do check back soon. Need
some more info? Please feel free to drop
us a line!
